How to use constellations

Choose the constellation that feels “loudest” right now. Not as an explanation, but as a hint where the architecture is currently doing its work.
If you want to work on a problem
Read the constellation as diagnosis: What signals do I observe? Which conditions make them likely? Where is the smallest lever that isn’t arbitrary?
If you need to navigate while everything is in motion
Combine two viewpoints:
- Attention + Metis (seeing + steering)
- Unfinishedness + Coherence (staying open + enabling belonging)

The perceptual field in which an organization takes shape. What becomes visible and what stays unseen, even though it is shaping outcomes?
