Snapshot Review: Constellation

(B2B, asynchronous)

Sometimes knowledge isn’t the problem – it’s the form, or simply a different way of seeing. The artifacts already exist (slides, memos, intranet pages, models). And still something stays wobbly, so decisions don’t catch, messages tilt or reponsabilities dissolve into fog.

A Snapshot Review is a concentrated, written look at exactly this condition. Not as a meeting or ongoing support, but as a finding with direction. A snapshot is not a project. It’s a directed gaze: small enough to actually use and clear enough that something changes afterward.

What you get

  • Review PDF (approx. 6-10 pages)
  • Finding at a glance: levers, risks/assumptions, next maneuveres
  • Observations through four lenses: Attention, Metis/Navigation, Unfinishedness, Coherence
  • 3-7 prioritized recommendations
  • 3-7 experiments (small, reversible, fast)
  • 1 bundled asynchronous follow-up round (within 7 days after delivery)

What you submit

  • Short context (max. 1 page 800-1500 characters)
  • Your guiding question (1-3 sentences)
  • Up to 3 artifacts (PDF/screenshots/links) – e.g., decision memo, roadmap excerpt, KPI snapshot, role sketch, communication draft
(if you only have one core artifact, that’s fine. Snapshot Reveiw becomes more focused and the frame stays the same.)
  • Please anonymize where needed

Why these four lenses?

Artifacts rarely fail because of a lack of effort. They fail because they are read on the wrong level. Constellation uses four lenses because togehter they reveal what everyday language hides behind “we just need to sharpen this”.

Attention
Where does the gaze land and what falls out of view? Which expectations, implicit rules and quiet priorities does the artifacts create without saying so?

Metis / Navigation
Where is the course and where are the maneuvers? Is the artifact connected to teal decision situations, or is it a beautiful map with no terrain?

Unfinishedness
Where is provisionality framed and where is it unbounded? What is intentionally open (so learning can stay possible) and what is unclear simply because it was never named?

Coherence
Where does it feel internally true and where does it rub? Does langugage match intent, structure match behavior or message match reality – or does the quiet dissonance arise that becomes expensive later?

The result is not a judgement, but a finding. A picture that tests for structural integrity and makes the next steps small enough to actually be taken.

What this is for

A Snapshot Review fits when …

  • you’re in change and need course, not more plan
  • something is stuck and you sense it’s more than a detail
  • you have signals but not yet a form that can carry them
  • you need to frame a decision without “finishing the whole world” first
  • you want to keep joinability (meaning, contribution, belonging), not just optimize measures

How it works

  1. Request a slot (“Request Slot”)
  2. Slot confirmation or waiting list
  3. Payment link after confirmation (48-hour window)
  4. Submit intake + artifacts (final)
  5. Delivery of the written review (PDF)
  6. Optional: bundled follow-up round via email

Note: B2B only. No live session, no implementation – a written finding with direction.

Confidentiality

Your material stays confidential and will be deleted after completion. Optionally, you can allow fully anonymized patterns to be used later as learning examples (checkbox in the form).

Money-back guarantee

If you feel the Snapshot Review did not help, you can request a refund within 7 days after delivery.

  • 100% refund
  • no discussion, no “proof” required
  • optional: 2-3 sentences on what was missing (so I can learn)

This guarantee applies in addition to your statutory rights..
